Terms of purchase
Kampetorp Marin AB hereby informs that when you as a consumer shop via the internet, the Consumer Purchase Act (1990:932), the Act (2005:59) on distance and home sales contracts (Distance Contracts Act), the Personal Data Act and the Act (2002:562) on electronic commerce and other information society services (E-commerce Act).
For business customers, the Purchase Act and the E-Commerce Act apply to matters not expressly regulated in these terms and conditions, except for what is specifically stated for consumers below.
Kampetorp Marin AB has the right to change or cancel an order if there is an error in price and product information or anything else on the website. We don't take responsibility if there are price adjustments, inventory differences, technical problems, changes to technical specifications, and any typographical errors on our site or in our advertisements. We have the right to cancel incorrect orders. In the event of any inaccuracies, Kampetorp Marin AB has the right to correct this afterward. If you do not accept the correction, you always have the right to cancel your order.
Kampetorp Marin has done everything we can to reproduce all colors and images correctly on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that the actual item will have the exact color and appearance that you perceive on your screen.
Purchase of products from Kampetorp Marin AB also means acceptance of our general terms and conditions. When ordering over the internet, there is a binding purchase agreement. The purchase is completed and binding for both parts as soon as the purchase is confirmed by us when we process your order. Agreements can only be in Swedish and all false orders will be reported to the police. Kampetorp Marin AB only enters into agreements with an adult, if you are under 18 years of age, the approval of a guardian is required when ordering. We strive to always publish the latest and most reliable information on Kampetorp Marin AB's webshop.
All our prices are in EU including VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the price but are added as an extra fee as below (see paragraph "Shipping). The prices are continuously updated and must always be current. We stock the right to change incorrect information due to technical or human errors.
Swiipe Card payment
Payment by card takes place according to current rules for online payment in Sweden and the EU. We use Swiipe hosted PCI-DSS certified card payment solution. We accept the following cards: Visa, and MasterCard. The money is reserved in your account at the time of the order. All transactions are sent via Comodo EV SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which is very secure encryption. No card numbers are saved. We use the latest security technology for online credit card payments 3D-Secure - a standard developed by VISA and MasterCard to securely validate the consumer when purchasing online.
The mobile phone number you enter at checkout may be used for SMS notification of delivery or other communication relating to your order. We never release any information to third parties.
All goods remain our property until full payment is made.
We deliver to several different countries. Shipping costs vary depending on country and product. Contact us for ordering and shipping prices.
We think about the environment so we reuse boxes when delivering to our customers.
Vi delivery to all counties inside EU.
We send all our deliveries with DHL, Fedex or PortNord. Sometimes your item can be sent directly from our supplier to you for the fastest delivery. We normally pack and ship your package 3-6 working days after your order. Deliverytime varies but most of the time 4-10 days within EU. We don't take responsibility for products being sold out and that stock status is not always updated. If the product is sold out or if there are longer delivery times than expected, the customer is informed via email or telephone. Read more under the section Force Majeure.
After completing the order, an order confirmation is sent via e-mail. Unredeemed packages are charged for. Unredeemed packages containing made-to-measure and special-order products are charged with the full order value. However, deviating delivery times may occur due to Force Majeure and other delays beyond our control. We ask for your patience with this and do everything we can to ensure that the product reaches you as a customer as quickly as possible. In case the is sold out of products, the customer is informed within 1-3 working days. In case of delay, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge.
If an item from us is damaged in transport, regardless of whether the damage is visible or hidden, this must be reported immediately to the delivering company (contact DHL here). If a package is damaged in transport with visable damages and are picked up or accepted by you as the customer Kampetorp Marin nor the transport company will take resposablity for the damages.
For support or another form of user support of a general nature or in the event of a product fault that cannot be attributed to a warranty or complaint, we primarily refer to the respective manufacturer or service point.
Right of exchange
The right of exchange does NOT apply to made-to-measure products, special orders, or measured goods.
When ordering custom-made products, i.e. according to the customer's measurements, the customer is responsible if the measure isn't correct.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the goods on arrival and verify that they are correct and free of defects. In the event of a complaint, the customer must contact us by e-mail: [email protected] and state the order ID/invoice/receipt number and reason for the complaint within 5 working days after delivery at the latest.
Defective products returned to us should be treated as if they were free of defects. For all types of returns, the product must be packaged in such a way that it is not at risk of damage. For private consumers, the Consumer Purchase Act applies, which means that the customer has the right to have the shipping paid for a valid return case.
In cases where the return case is not valid and the customer has received a pre-paid shipping note, shipping costs will be charged round trip. In cases where the reason for the return is a complaint and the fault cannot be demonstrated, a fee of EUR 45 excluding VAT and round-trip shipping and handling costs for the case will be charged to the customer. We reserve the right to replace a defective item with an equivalent item in cases where an identical item is not available.
In the event of a dispute where a buyer is a private person, it is our policy to always follow the Allmänna Reclamationsnämnden's (ARN) recommendations. Disputes between two or more companies are usually settled in court.
The consumer has, by the Act (2005:59) on consumer protection in the case of distance contracts and home sales contracts, in certain cases the right to withdraw from a purchase by giving or sending a notification to Kampetorp Marin AB within 50 days from the day the consumer received the goods or a substantial part thereof. The right of withdrawal only applies if the product is in essentially unchanged condition. For the right of withdrawal to apply after 30 days, the item must be in its original packaging unbroken. The right of withdrawal does not apply to companies.

The item is well packaged (preferably in the same packaging as it was sent from us), and any transport damage due to inadequate packaging will be charged to you as a customer. Goods that are returned against cash on delivery or that are not fully franked will not be redeemed.
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, the customer has the right to return a product within 3 years, provided that the product was faulty at the time of purchase. Normally, the manufacturer's / supplier's warranty applies. The warranty applies if an item breaks despite normal use. The invoice or receipt is valid as proof of warranty.
We cannot be held responsible for the loss of stored information or software. We, therefore, urge buyers to always take the necessary backup of all data before installing new hardware, software, or other equipment, and always ensure that vital information on hard drives or other storage media which is sent to us for any kind of action is saved on a suitable medium.
Kampetorp Marin AB does not participate in sending so-called SPAM. As a customer of ours, you may receive e-mails regarding your order, payment, or other communication initiated by you, as well as information, newsletters, or offers regarding our customer relationship. E-mails from third part companies concerning goods or services that are not directly related to our business do not occur. If automatic mailings occur, the customer must be able to unregister from these via a link in the e-mail message. This must be possible without the customer logging in or similar action. As a customer, you always have the right to request extracts of registered personal data, data changes, or that the data be deleted.
Kampetorp Marin AB is exempt from penalty for failure to fulfill certain obligations in this agreement if the failure is based on extenuating circumstances as described below. And the circumstances hinder, prevent or delay performance.
Such extenuating circumstance shall be considered to be i.a. action or omission by an authority, new or amended legislation, conflict in the labor market, blockade, strike, fire or flood, sabotage, or major accident. Force majeure also includes decisions by authorities that affect the market and products negatively, e.g. restrictions, warnings, sales bans, etc.
