Varför en bogpropeller / akterpropell?
- Enkel manövrering med en knapptryckning -
Under manövrering, när fartyget nästan står stilla, är kontrollen över fartyget ganska dålig, särskilt i blåsiga förhållanden. Bogpropellrar / akterpropellrar är elektriskt drivna radiella propellrar, som gör att fartyget kan röra sig i sidled. En enkel knapptryckning flyttar fören i antingen babords eller styrbords riktning.
